The Wrocław territory Court has not yet made a decision on the temporary arrest of Janusz Palikot, who faces serious allegations of financial fraud. According to justice Marek Poteliarski, a spokesperson for the Wrocław territory Court, the decision was postponed until Saturday.

Advocate Jacek Dubois, his attorney, emphasizes that the application for the temporary arrest of Palikot is without grounds and aims only to harm creditors. “I treat this application unequivocally as acting as a prosecutor to the detriment of creditors. If Mr Palikot is isolated, if another persons applicable to these companies are detained, then at this point it can only be said that they have no chance," said Advocate Dubois in a Friday statement.
