Below we present a paper informing about the selection of the geological structure of Wojjce, covering the area between Kutne and Łowicz for underground retention of liquefied carbon dioxide.
In practice, this means that carbon dioxide produced (e.g. in power plants or another production plants) will be captured, compressed and injected underground to a depth of 1-2 km. Partially purified exhaust gases will be injected into the ground under pressure. These combustions in deep brine will have the capacity to grow from 2.8 m3 to 1000 m3. This can be compared to collecting 1 tank mine in the ground all second for 40 years, with the hope that this 1 will not explode. Liquefied CO2 from coal-fired power plants contains about 5 percent of waste, including sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxides, which are known from the 1980s as acid rain. In addition, dense metals like lead, mercury and arsenic as well as dioxins and another hazardous toxins which inevitably arise during the combustion of coal.
Thus, this highly productive agricultural area will shortly be turned into an oil and natural gas mining field (it already has a natural gas well in Nowy k.Kutna Gołębiewo) as well as a test field with a clock bomb, which is liquefied carbon dioxide.
Ministry of the Environment, without respect to EU bans on specified investments in the area Natura 2000 and its fathoms, issue concessions for both of these projects, which mutually exclude each another and, in addition, for the areas on which the Natura 2000 programme imposed, and against the protests of the inhabitants. It is worth emphasizing the Ministry's will to systematically grow Natura 2000 sites without informing land owners. I urge the latest maps of these areas to curious farmers in particular.
And here's a correspondence on the choice of the Waszyce structure for the experience of storing thousands of tons of liquefied carbon dioxide, which will be sent through the Belchatov pipeline. PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka The Conventional Akcyjna Spółka Akcyjna carried out investigation in the Łódź Voivodeship, including investigation on 2D seismics, beginning and gravimetrics, aimed at the selection of natural underground tanks dedicated to the safe retention of carbon dioxide. These studies were carried out in connection with the company's innovative investment task of clean coal technologies, namely the construction of a demonstration carbon capture, transport and geological retention facility (CCS), integrated into a recently built 858 MW block in the Bełchatów Power Plant Branch. As a consequence of investigation and detailed assessment of geological structures of Łódź Voivodeship experts indicated the structure of Vosyjce, located in the northern part of the voivodship, as beneficial geologically for the continuation of in-depth geological investigation in this area. Detailed recognition of the site to be examined will take place in the next phase of implementation of the CCS project.

In the face of the tremendous danger of underground retention of liquefied CO2 in the area of the Łowicz territory within the geological structure of the „Woścyce” a of which the public was not and is not informed and decisions were made without public consultation and consent We ask the Dear Mr. Starosta, as a typical of the region government and at the same time a government contractor, to take immediate action to prevent environmental and humanitarian disasters.
We request the immediate launch of a broad information run in society by, among others, announcing a informing in the media, on information boards in each village, and reaching out to all inhabitants of the district.

The hazard is so real and serious. In fact, CCS technology is inactive untrue. More tests are needed to find the degree of hazard in its use, not to build further demonstration installations.
