Is it possible to coalition the Confederate with PiSem?

Before deciding whether a government coalition of PiSu and the Confederate is possible, consider all pros and cons. And before you do, know what the 2 parties have in common the demands and views and the differences.

➡️ Real common and sustainable points of view and programme of the Confederation and the Law and Justice:

1. Moral Conservativeism

✅ Consistent defence of the conventional household model.
Objection to the legalisation of single-sex partnerships.
I object to the introduction of sex ideology into schools.
Protection of the function of the Catholic Church in the public sphere.

2. force on national identity and patriotic narrative

✅ Promotion of national history, memory of cursed soldiers, historical policy highlighting the martyrdom and heroism of Poles.
The opposition to the pedagogy of shame — consistently present in both formations.
Aversion to cosmopolitan environments (e.g. TVN, “Gazeta Wyborcza”, NGO’s with abroad funding).

3. Negative assessment of systemic transformation after 1989.

The criticism of the alleged III of Poland as a state created by the post-communist elites.
✅ References to the "disadvantages of the circular Table", the deficiency of settlement with the PRL.
Both sides, although from different positions, hit the ‘postcomuna–levice–courts–media’ system.

4. Approach to the judiciary as a degenerate agreement

The PiS: took actual action (Ziobra reforms, despite their controversy).
Confederacy: calls for simplification, depolitisation, greater accountability of judges.
Common point: distrust of the alleged "judge caste" and the request for a thorough change.

5. Strong anti-left rhetoric

✅ A sustained rhetorical axis in both parties: “leftism” as a threat to freedom, tradition, economy.
It includes both criticism of cultural Marxism and left-wing economical demands.

➡️ crucial differences between the Confederacy and PiSem:

1. Green Governance and Climate Policy

The Confederation: open and consistent opposition to Green Deal, ETS, Fit for 55, CO2 emissions reduction, exhaust vehicle bans; Green Deal considers a destructive socialist project.
❌ PiS: despite a message of opposition, it has actually implemented the Green Deal – signed papers in the EU, implemented regulations, prepared the decommissioning of mines, supported RES, agreed to ETS mechanisms and climate neutrality by 2050.

2. Immigration and demography

✅ Confederation: opposition to mass labour immigration; criticism of bringing inexpensive labour from Asia and Africa; preference for Poles.

3. relation to the European Union

Confederacy: permanent, ideological opposition to the federalisation of the EU and EU interference; request for sovereignty, possible exit from the EU in the event of further restrictions on Poland's freedom.
❌ PiS: in practice, it takes EU funds, implements EU directives (Green governance, regulation of law, energy change); it declaratively criticises Brussels but de facto does not argue EU mechanisms.

4. Economy and taxes

Confederacy: advocates a extremist simplification and simplification of taxes, the elimination of PITs, a simplification in the function of the state in the economy.
❌ PiS: increased the number of taxes and parataxes (e.g. sugar levy, power levy, solidarity tax), extended social transfers and a bureaucratic control apparatus.

5. State Philosophy

Confederation: minimum state – focus on individual freedom, private property, limitation of offices and regulations.

6. wellness and COVID policies

The Confederation: opposition to lockdowns, forced vaccination, wellness segregation – a consistently free approach to public health.
❌ PiS: introduced long-term lockdowns, economical restrictions, covid passports, forced vaccinations for any professions – the governments of the Law and Justice were among the most restrictive in the EU.

7. Policy towards Ukraine

The Confederacy: supports Ukraine's independence, but opposes unconditional military and financial support; emphasises the precedence of Poland's interest.

8. authoritative and state posts

The Confederacy: a request to reduce the number of officials, to liquidate political positions in State Treasury companies.
❌ PiS: evidence number of fresh offices, agencies, and jobs for “its” – the organization has massed state posts with political broadcasting.
