This above-mentioned column man with all the power and conviction of his alleged rightfulness and extraordinary uniqueness demands, by way of trial, from Science Watch Poland Foundation in Gliwice to get information which is absolutely not to be overlooked. It's actually his alleged brooch. This individual (referring to the post of the discipline Watch Polska Foundation of 20 December 2024, in which an account of his trial against his worker Dr. Rafał Wróbl) based on fantastic reasons completely falsely pointed out that the president of the SWP Foundation did not participate in it. It should be stressed that the information presented in the post of the Foundation is in line with reality, and R. Rakoczy's allegation of the alleged "unreliability of the authority's relation with the trial" is entirely unfounded.
The above account was prepared on the basis of direct observations of the course of the full trial by the president of the Foundation Dr. Joanna Grub, who attended the court gathering personally in a distant manner. She utilized this participation from a link made available straight to her by the Szczecin territory Court.
It should besides be pointed out that she participated in a full-time hearing. As an undocumented, completely false message by R. The following, therefore, is an extract from the minutes of the hearing: ‘18 December 2024: Joanna Grub became an audience. Joanna Grub was noted as present at the beginning of the trial (at 08:01:35 p.m.). The proceeding lasted until 13:33. At this trial a break was ordered (at 11:01:01, until 11:23:04), and after its completion it was noted that: "After the break they became like before the break". The above protocol judicial annotation full confirms that Joanna Grub (as an audience) was besides present after the session resumed. It should besides be added that R. Rakoczy brought an action on 21 July 2025 (i.e. 3 days after the application for inaction of the Foundation) to the Provincial Administrative Court in Szczecin concerning the inaction of the Plant Organisation NSZZ ‘Solidarity’ ZUT in Szczecin. However, the court full dismissed it on 23.10.2025 (file mention I SAB/Sz 93/25).
The above clearly shows that the current allegations of the Szczecin associate regarding the alleged incorrect availability of papers by the Foundation are not of a incidental nature, but are part of the repeated Piątek strategy of questioning of information activities relating to his person.
However, this columnary man is besides discrediting himself (to which he has the undisputed right) but he is besides disparaging ZUT, and in this case a firm consequence from his authorities, and in peculiar the Rector of that university, is to be expected.
