How does Ego form? So are the galaxies.
Why People Hallucinate About themselves — and Why It’s Not Strange
Look at the image of the Universe: the bodies of matter, the bright centers, the empty spaces in between. The galaxies are not scattered randomly. They form where something somewhat thickened — and that was adequate for the process to begin.
Now the provocative question, but fair:
What if the ego of man is created precisely the same way?
Not as a ‘distortion of character’.
Not as a “bad decision”.
Only as a natural structure that crystallises in the right field.
1. The universe didn't plan galaxies.
At first, everything was almost homogenous. A small more substance here, a small little there. Minimum differences. But where it was a small thicker, gravity began to work stronger.
And something crucial happened:
more substance → stronger gravity
Stronger gravity → even more matter
It's called affirmative feedback.
That's how stars and galaxies are born.
Not due to the fact that the universe “wanted structures.”
Only due to the fact that the field allowed it.
2. Man doesn't plan on Ego either.
You're not born with Ego. At first it is:
reaction,
emotion
pulse,
Need.
Ego only begins to appear erstwhile repetitive messages appear in life:
‘what you are’,
‘who you should be’,
‘which means success’,
"What you deserve."
It creates a communication field.
And just like in space, in this field thickening begins.
3. Media, relations and narratives as gravity
Each repetition acts like gravity:
Laces,
status,
comparisons,
social roles,
stories about myself (“I am like this”).
The more the communicative returns, the more:
becomes heavier,
harder to move,
more ‘natural’.
At any point the center is being built:
“This is me.”
This is how Ego is born — as a local minimum of cognitive energy.
It's easier to think in ways we already know.
4. Why does Ego hallucinate?
This is where we get to the most crucial point.
Once the galaxy exists, everything close it begins to fall on it.
Gravity does not ask if it is simply a good direction.
Ego works the same way:
new facts are drawn and reinterpreted,
conflicting data is repulsed,
reality begins to bend.
It's not malice.
It's information physics.
That's why individual can:
overestimate your capabilities,
ignore informing signals,
Believe in a communicative that no longer fits the reality.
Not due to the fact that “he is stupid.”
Only due to the fact that his ego became besides deep an attractor.
5. erstwhile structure becomes a problem
The galaxy has its limits too.
If the density is besides high, the structure falls into a black hole.
Ego is similar:
The more rigid the identity,
the little actual adjustments,
The more energy goes into her defense,
the greater the hazard of being disconnected from the facts.
Hallucination is not an individual error.
It is at the expense of maintaining a unchangeable structure.
6. Most crucial conclusion
Ego is not an illusion.
But it's not actual either.
It's a structure.
Same as:
star,
vortex,
galaxy.
The problem only begins erstwhile we forget that:
the structures are temporary,
fields change,
And stableness isn't the same thing.
End: what to do with it?
This is not about "destroying the Ego".
Just like you don't destruct galaxies.
The point is:
relaxing excessive narration concentrations,
allowing fresh gradients of information,
design of healthier fields of communication (media, education, AI).
Because the most mature strategy — human or cosmic —
It's not the 1 that's the most stable,
But 1 who can reorganize.
