China and Japan on the brink of a war conflict

According to the Russian expert on China and the Far East, Andrei Diewiatov: never since the end of planet War II, Asia and the Pacific Region have been so close to the war between China and Japan in which the US – most likely and Taiwan – will be drawn.

In the above situation, destabilising the interior situation in the Chinese armed forces takes on fresh aspects and is most likely a process of occupying decisive positions before possible China-Japan conflict?! In the event of its detonation and possible over-regional scale, both the US and Russia will be forced to take a circumstantial position on 1 side as the uninvolved position will be virtually impossible.

The war conflict between the second and 3rd economies of the planet is simply a immense shock to the global economy with hard to predict.

Below 1 of the comments to fresh events inside China:

“Zhang Youxia vs Xi Jinping: A military confrontation in Beijing and Army silence”

Late at night on January 27, reports of a continuous shooting in the capital began to flow from Beijing. Unverified sources reported that loyal forces towards the late detained vice-president of the Central Military Commission, Zhang Youxia, clashed with the presidential defender faithful to Xi Jinping. Many fatalities were reported on both sides.

There have been reports in the Tongzhou territory of the city of Tongzhou about units approaching downtown Beijing. Social media users reported that key units 82., 83., 79. and 80. Army groups from respective provinces arrived in the capital and formed an alliance with a unified command center, opposing Xi Jinping's loyal forces.

All over China, different military movements have been reported. Transport of anti-aircraft rocket systems was filmed by road in interior Mongolia. J-16 and J-20 fighters were spotted in Guangdong and Shantung. chopper formations patrolled airspace over respective provinces.

On January 26, the authorities tightened safety measures around the Zhongnanhai complex. A large group of Central safety Bureau officers in black uniforms took positions at the Xinhuamen gate. Beijing residents reported increased police presence along Chang’an Avenue. Police dogs patrolled subway stations and pedestrians were subjected to random identity checks.

Even more worrying was the appearance of armed soldiers on roads leading to the Changping district. The signs ordered the immediate departure of all vehicles, and many military units moved towards the outer bypass of the capital. Commentators identified these events as evidence that the political conflict between Xi Jinping and Zhang Youxia had turned into a military deadlock.

It all started on 19 January, when, according to unconfirmed reports of abroad commentators, Liu Zhenli was lured to the office of the Central Committee under the pretext of discussing staff matters and detained by safety officials. That same evening Xi Jinping invited Zhang Youxia to a private dinner at the large People's Hall where he was arrested without resistance.

Zhang Youxia's fall rapidly turned into a large-scale purgatory. Only 2 members remained from the Central Military Commission of 7 people. 5 elder commanders, including Zhang Youxia, He Weidong, Miao Hua, Liu Zhenli and Li Shangfu, were allegedly stripped of power. This created a leadership vacuum and plunged the army into unprecedented chaos.

Sources close to the military reported that Zhang's ten-year career left protégés throughout the armed forces. Its removal will trigger a wide-ranging chain reaction in the frame. Officers at battalion and higher level may be exposed to large shuffle or political assessments. Rumor has it that the safety services have begun arresting division officers.

Activists presented the deadlock between Xi Jinping and Zhang Youxia as a decisive political conflict. Sources in Beijing indicated that tensions between them had persisted for 3 years. Zhang was 1 of the fewer high-ranking politicians ready to face Xi directly. Their conflict fueled different values, including amendments to the Constitution abolishing restrictions on presidential word and the usage of force against Taiwan.

On January 24, the Chinese Ministry of Defence announced the initiation of an investigation into Zhang Youxia and Liu Zhenli. However, for more than 4 days, no military region or kind of armed force has publically supported the activities of the Central Military Commission. This represents a sharp contrast with all erstwhile cleanings in over a decade of Xi Jinping's rule, during which the military and politicians consistently supported them.
