The article would show how the current FR authorities “play” and minimize the influence of the judaic sect Chabad Lubavich in Russia and effectively prevent Chabad Lubavich's plans to find the judaic spiritual state in the areas of fresh Russia. But reality proves something completely different.

To this end, we will reduce their level of education – in the next 5 years we will close half of their institutes, and in the second half we will learn. Let's get more Armenians, Chechens, Gypsies and stuff. We will guarantee that there are as fewer representatives of the indigenous people as possible in the Slavic governments and that our judaic elite will take their place. In the media – radio, television, press, art, literature, theatre, cinema, we will gradually displace national staff, replacing them with our or, in utmost cases, cosmopolitan.
Education will be humanized, resulting in objects forming the reasoning of the left and right hemispheres of the brain being reduced and destroyed:
