According to the information provided by Maciej Berk on platform X, the Committee of the Council of Ministers adopted a number of documents, including the draft Energy Bone Act and the Multiannual Finance Plan of the State for the years 2024-2027. What does the Energy Bon Act supply for?
The bill on the Energy Bone, published on the website of the Government Legislative Centre on 18 April, assumes a one-time payment of the gift voucher to households in the second half of 2024. The value of the voucher is expected to scope from PLN 300 to PLN 1200, depending on the number of people on the farm and the origin of heating.
For single-person households, the voucher is PLN 300, for 2-3 people – PLN 400, for 4-5 people – PLN 500, and for six or more people – PLN 600. If the main heating origin on the farm is electrical and is recorded or reported in the Central Building emanation Record, the value of the voucher shall increase. In this case, the voucher would be PLN 600 for a single farm, PLN 800 for 2-3 people, PLN 1000 for 4-5 people and PLN 1200 for six or more people.
Who will be entitled to an energy voucher?
According to the project, an energy voucher will be granted to households with incomes not exceeding PLN 2500 per individual on a single-person holding or PLN 1700 per individual on a multi-person holding. There is simply a "gold for gold" principle, which means that the voucher will be granted even after exceeding the income criterion, but its value will be reduced by an amount of surplus.
