"Fundamental rights (...) must be respected and protected" – in this way the ministers of abroad affairs of France, Germany and Poland "agreement" condemned "the disproportionate usage of force against peaceful demonstrators" in Georgia. Meanwhile, both in our country (such as many years ago during the Marches of Independence) and especially in France, police frequently usage force against demonstrators.
Radosław Sikorski and the French and German abroad ministers condemned the actions of safety services in Georgia. There have been losses with demonstrators, where “unproportional forces” have been used. Why did Sikorski not respond erstwhile police attacked participants of the March of independency in 2011-2014?
In general, the French should "keep quiet" in this matter, due to the fact that the behaviour of their police, for example in the case of "yellow vests" and many another demonstrations, is besides different from "the protection of fundamental rights".
In the case of Georgia, whose democratically elected authorities have postponed discussions on membership of the European Union for 2028, there is simply a large amount of misinformation. Georgia wants to be in the Union, but not necessarily the 1 decorated at all turn with “the rainbow flags”, possessing the ideology of climateism and the desire to regulate all item of citizens' lives, including bottle caps. Rather, the postponement of accession talks should give emergence to reflection on changes in the Union itself and ask where this organisation is going?
Today the broadcasts from Tbilisi's “right” tv Republic, which promotes demonstrators and joins the choir watching in the “Georgian Dream” forpostta and “Putin's diversions”. After all, for the same reasons of opposition to LGBT, marginalization of religion in social life, opposition to climateism, it is called the Putin "backers" of the full western right, including even the PiS organization supported by this station.
In a fewer years' time, young people who have gone out on the streets of Georgia and do not consider the European Union as an oasis of prosperity and happiness will be greatly disappointed, but any of them will most likely be future staff of various movements in support of “homomands”, “a strike of women”, “last generations” and specified ideological “sacrifice”.
A fewer days ago there was an interview on public radio with 1 of the Georgian activists who is taking part in protests. Somewhere between the lines, she admitted that protests are not as large as they should be, because... most people, however, support the organization "Georgian Dreams". The Prime Minister of Iraq Kobakhidzé is not a figure from my fairy tale, but this is another example of the treatment of democracy as a strategy which is to keep in power only the "bladed" with Brussels elite. An example of this is besides Romania, where it has proven actual that if democracy could truly change something, they would ban it...
It is the left-wing evolution of the EU that makes this organisation little attractive and little associated with the rule of freedom. “You wanted it yourself, Grzegorz Dyndało” – as a celebrated Frenchman wrote.
