The court in Wrocław ordered the Pro-Right Foundation to pay PLN 50,000 to Mariusz Zimmer, erstwhile president of the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians. In the opinion of the Court, the Foundation violated his individual goods, by making a public question to him about the moral evaluation of abortions performed at his clinic.
Bodnarowski court imposed 50 1000 PLN of penalties for the task of the question to the abortion activist. In July 2024, Mariusz Dzierżawski, a associate of the board of the Pro-Right to Life Foundation, was sentenced by a final judgement of the court in Wrocław in a criminal trial of PLN 5 000 fine and PLN 15,000 compensation for the “defamation” of Mariusz Zimmer – erstwhile president of the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians and erstwhile head of the Gynecology Clinic of Wroclaw hospital.
In the opinion of the courts of 2 instances, Mariusz Dzierżawski committed a crime involving the fact that he asked Zimmer a public question about the moral assessment of eugenic abortion utilizing a billboard. The Foundation has been asking abortionists public questions about the intent of raising their consciences and calling for conversion. However, the courts felt that asking questions about the substance of abortion was a crime.
The suspect in the criminal trial was Mariusz Dzierżawski. Criminal courts rejected the argument that it was the Pro Foundation – the right to life is liable for the billboard campaign. They felt that Mariusz Dzierżawski was personally liable for her.
This did not prevent the civilian court from acknowledging that the Foundation was liable and ordering it to pay PLN 50,000 to Zimmer, who suggested in the media that the ban on abortion means taking distant the anticipation of “help” for doctors.
The Foundation has put up billboards showing an abortion victim, a image of the infirmary and the question: "Is the cruel killing of a kid a aid to the parent Dr. Zimmer?" In addition, the poster said: “There were 118 children in the clinic led by Prof. Zimmer in 2014-2018. During abortion, children most frequently die from asphyxiation.”
– On our billboard we showed a photograph of the abortion victim and asked – is it helping mothers? Mariusz Zimmer says yes in media statements. The number of abortions in his clinic was confirmed by the facility. infirmary abortions are most frequently performed through a method of inducing artificial abortion, where the kid is born, but has yet to make lungs, so he dies of asphyxiation. It's all facts.
The judgments of the courts are contrary to logic, but they are part of the run that the pro-abortion environments run against our Foundation. immense punishments are to shut us up and halt us from telling and showing the truth. Repressions in Wrocław and another cities have been going on for years and that's what they're doing. due to the fact that the fact about abortion touches conscience. It makes you think, reflect, reflect, including your own life and conduct.
However, not everyone is ready to contact the truth. Further trials, interrogations, sentences and another forms of persecution specified as street attacks and assaults on our volunteers are frequently signs of deep remorse arising from the fact about abortion. They could service to change man for the better, but under the influence of abortion propaganda they turn into anger, aggression, and hatred. specified attacks are an effort to suppress your own conscience.
But it is not right for well - known doctors to beat us on the streets. Material welfare frequently obtained for the cost of supporting abortion or silence about it, allows them to rent law firms and sue us. Similarly, others, high-ranking supporters of abortion and depravity, as well as activists, paid for grants and grants from abroad – He said Mariusz Dzierzaviski.
The Foundation recalls that about 80 court trials are presently taking place against its volunteers simultaneously. In the last time, in addition to the conviction which fell on Mariusz Dzierżawski from Zimmer's case, Adam, coordinator of the run of the Foundation in Silesia, who heard the conviction of PLN 1500 fine, and King, associate of the board of directors of the Foundation – PLN 800 of the final penalty, was wrongly convicted in Wrocław. In turn, in Zielona Góra, 3 criminal cases were launched against the Foundation for the alleged “denunciation” of LGBT activists.
“Denunciation” is to tell the fact about the consequences of homosexual lifestyles and the assumptions of the alleged “sexual education” to cover all students in Poland.
The Foundation announces its appeal against the judgement which was given at the initiative of Mr Zimmer and against another non-validated judgments. This means for the Foundation another months of fighting before courts throughout Poland, commutes, interrogations and trials.
– This fight must continue, as the government is already planning to introduce full censorship in our country like the Western one. Under the largest abortion centre in Poland, which is the infirmary in Oleśnica, there is simply a constant conflict for fact and conscience. Our volunteers face quite a few persecution – they are both attacked and assaulted by aggressive passersby and activists, as well as bullied by police and officials who initiate further trials and requisition equipment belonging to our Foundation.
In Toruń, our public rosary prayer, combined with an information action on abortion, has late been resolved. A akin situation occurred in Rzeszów, where our volunteers were accused of committing a "infraction" before they even arrived at the site of the planned action. In Słubice, our public rosary could not take place due to the fact that the assembly was dissolved by the city authorities before it began.
At the same time, the Tusk Government is working intensively on a bill aimed at banning the alleged "talk of hatred", simply telling the fact about LGBT, "sexual education" and abortion. In the light of specified a law, for example, it will be a crime to call homosexual acts a sin, citing the Scriptures. It is worth noting that specified a bill has not yet entered into force, but the sentences for “talk of hatred” are actually already there.
Last year, the court sentenced me to PLN 15,000 in fines and a year of restrictions on freedom through forced social work for organizing an information campaign, in which we made public the results of investigation on the links between pedophilia and homosexual lifestyle. In the opinion of the courts, it was ‘disfailing’ that LGBT activists made it hard for them to ‘educational activities’. Importantly, specified sentences came to us in Gdańsk and Szczecin, where people connected to the local LGBT lobby there were convicted of pedophilia – commented Mariusz Dzierżawski.
One specified individual was Piotr K. erstwhile vice president of Gdańsk for education, who implemented “sexual education” in schools.
