Bodnar with a mustache, Nixon with a pardon...

Hate is simply a very strong feeling. any say it's dangerous. Feeding it is not healthy. In the long term, it can lead to obsession. Obsessive hatred gives emergence to dangerous feelings – it awakens the desire for revenge. In cinema, acts of revenge are exploited in excess. Hatred leads to hideous acts of retaliation, and sometimes crimes that do not usually rise opposition from viewers, or even origin approval or even enthusiasm. There are plenty of examples, among them specified classics as “Rambo” or “Without forgiveness”. We accept justice – even on our own, outside the law. Who wouldn't want to settle a score with individual who hurt, humiliated, cheated... Right, but justice must be on our side. That's what cinema teaches most. People watch and nod. They are glad that they succeeded in retaliating, that something very bad has happened to them, the deserved punishment has yet been imposed on them.

You are what you feed, what you feed your mind. In another words, what you feed is what you become. This can happen rather quickly, or take longer, but the end is just like this – you become what you feed. And then... there are things that Myslovitz sang, "It wasn't a movie." present this “film” takes place in front of us. Hatred produces its fruit, which is hostility, vengeance, retaliation at all costs—even beyond the law. And most likely – like in the cinema – there are many who are excited and delighted. Most of them will not even bother to verify the messages coming from tv and cell phones. And we gotta admit that late this verification is highly hard – especially erstwhile individual is not curious in legal issues on a regular basis and does not keep track of all political events and memory is short.

Recently, many people who should be on the watch for justice, law, and fact have abruptly tended to radically change their views. unusual change. Its effect is to supply alternate interpretations of existing laws and constitutional provisions. It is impossible to get the impression that this change is influenced by their political views, and sometimes the exceptionally strong force resulting from the war that has been going on for years by the PiS Platform. any are afraid to admit that they sympathize with the Law and Justice, due to the fact that it could at least end with an attack of invectors – especially on the Internet, where people's nerves let go faster and more often.

Servants of the law specified as Adam “he will cleanse himself” Strzembosz, Andrzej Zoll, Andrzej Rzepliński, Marek Safjan or Adam Bodnar – though it should be written: Adam S., Andrzej Z., Andrzej R., Marek S. and Adam B.? – they break up the democratic strategy of law in Poland. They believe that changes in constitutional organs of the state can be made by means of parliamentary resolutions, which are not the origin of law in Poland (such are: Constitution, laws, ratified global agreements and regulations), and the state authorities can act on the basis of imaginary competences. Theories and proposals for unconstitutional actions, proclaimed by these erstwhile legal authorities, and disseminated by the media favorably to the erstwhile total/totalist opposition led to us surviving in 2 parallel worlds. Almost like a movie. Although it's little comic in real life.

In the first of these worlds, Members and erstwhile ministers of Kamiński and Wąsik were convicted by the court, but... the act of grace of president Duda freed them from their guilt, so the case is closed. It could not be resumed or rejudged for the same act, so the court could not, after pardoning, issue any further judgement on the matter. The conviction is so a scandal and a judicial abuse. In this world, both gentlemen are inactive Members, due to the fact that it was illegal to extinguish their immunity. It was besides illegal to arrest them, due to the fact that the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs (and by law this home is competent to do so) took into account their appeal. All laws passed by the Sejm of the Republic of Poland will be burdened with a constitutional delicacy and their power and validity may be challenged.

In the second of the parallel worlds, Members and erstwhile Kaminski and Wąsik ministers were convicted by the court, but... president Duda's act of grace has no power, so the case is not closed (although it seemed closed for 8 years). And if so, it could be resumed and sentencing – what happened in a fewer days – a peculiar pace for our courts. So despite the act of grace (important in this parallel world), both gentlemen are "finally" convicted and ceased to be MPs, and the extinction of their immunity was appropriate, as was their arrest. The home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs took into account their appeal, but... alle... alle... not to this home was sent by Simon H., due to the fact that he chose the Chamber of Labour and Social Security, which does not deal with specified matters. And yet she took care of (who could refuse the marshal) and... ruled differently than that House. And this situation will not affect the laws passed by the Polish Sejm, due to the fact that the “authorities” confirm that everything is OK.

In all this dilatation of worlds, it is crucial to measure the act of grace of president Duda. It is unconditional and can be utilized at any time – not necessarily only after the judgement has been finalised. Article 139 of the Constitution states that the president applies the law of grace and there are no conditions or limitations of that law. This point of view was presented by Stanisław Waltos, co-author of the textbook for law students. However, prof. Waltos has already changed his point of view and now believes that an act of grace could not have been applied before the court of the Second Instance examined the appeal (November 2015). The same man and 2 different interpretations.

The president of Poland may exercise the right of grace in any case for crime and misconduct. The Constitution does not answer the question whether it can exercise this right even before a final conviction. At first glance, it would appear that pardon in the form of individual abolition is acceptable, since Article 139 of the Constitution does not make any restrictions. However, until 16 XI 2015 The president of Poland has never made specified a decision... (Handbook “The Criminal Procedure. strategy outline”, Stanisław Waltoś, Piotr Hofmanski, 2016 edition)

That's not true. Earlier, the legal authorities overlooked or had no uncertainty erstwhile president Kwasniewski applied the law of grace to Ryszard Kalisz and Zbigniew Sobotka (both in the course of the appeal procedure) nor in the pardon of Peter Vogl a.k.a. Piotr Filipczyński (prisoned for 25 years in prison for assassination in 1971, in unexplained circumstances he escaped from Poland in 1983, 5 years later detained in Switzerland and... pardoned by president Kwasniewski before being convicted of escape). If it is not actual what prof. Waltos writes in the textbook (2016 edition, but it is besides worth checking what he wrote in earlier editions) and specified decisions were made, then we are dealing with a lie or at least manipulation. Ah, those authorities...

By the way, it should be recalled that after the Watergate affair and the resignation of president Nixon in 1974, his successor Gerald Ford "in a period after Nixon's resignation, on 8 September, issued a broad pardon, thus closing Nixon's ability to be held accountable for his illegal actions during the presidency" (Wikipedia).

"Ford wanted to know first of all whether a individual could be pardoned before being convicted, or if it had already been accused of whether an act of grace would halt the conviction if it was given before the jury decision. He besides wondered whether a request for pardon should indicate a circumstantial crime, whether it was adequate to specify the kind of crime, and whether a presidential motion would halt the impeachment procedure (the act of grace covers everything but cases of impeachment). Ford's most afraid about the question, "What does an act of grace mean?" Does he blur everything that he (Nixon) did as if it never happened? Does the act of grace cover up the crime or only the punishment for it?"]]>Random President]]>).

In the end, Nixon's act of grace included "all the violations of the law he could have committed during his office." He didn't even get charged. present he would not have had the least chance with Bodnar and the Plead of Polish law writers. If he hadn't been dead for a long time, Nixon might have been in custody with a mustache today. Although it is Mr. Bodnar's actions that match the kind of a certain man with a mustache. This is real.

Hate is said to be the other of love, but any seem to be able to combine these 2 feelings. The leader of the “party of love” is invincible in this – he can convince that he loves and strives for reconciliation, while at the same time hating, wanting revenge and striving to confront. Be careful not to get fooled. Specialists advise you to effort to distance yourself from your hatred. This is possible, among another things, by verifying the beliefs that accompany this feeling. This is not a simple matter. And most importantly, you gotta want it. He doesn't want to. Why he doesn't want to, we can guess. Theories are different. 1 thing's for sure. Donald T. He is on his way to becoming the first Lukashenko of the Republic. In turn, Simon H. can go into past as a chick ending up in Holovnia. And Bodnar? These are phrases about him erstwhile he was a Ombudsman:

... LGTBe love runs, minute does not delay
IKEA defends, blaming a simple man,
Among others and Poles he complains for the Holocaust;
He does not quit in his vile, but with the grin of a charge.

Like a magpie on a fence,
Yeah, he won't shut up, he's inactive talking nonsense.
The news loves, degrades the old days,
He makes the villains famous, vile men famous,

Gani, what was praised, what was praised – praise,
For evidence of a joke, he'll punch you in the face.
The wise man calls the dark garden, complains of error,
Which you can't figure out, it seems to be inquiring.

When Orlen goes to court
In whose business is he working so hard?
Civil rights is to be a Ombudsman
Not the abroad powers of a servant messenger.

This image has not changed much. You could say it even sharpened. Somewhere in the back of the head, the thought of loving our neighbour as ourselves... Jesus even talked about "love enemies," but how would we love Adam B., Donald T. and those service lawyers who urge unconstitutional, unlawful actions that destruct legal order and social peace in Poland, directing our ship to rocks? It's a horror movie. Is there anything else to collect after this show?
