A fewer years ago leaked documentsFEMA, which described that people would be placed in FEMA camps for reeducation. This concept "is old," said Celeste Solum Maria Zeee. The plan was replaced by "post-human" ideology.
"In 2019 we heard in all mainstream media "it's posthuman, it's posthuman". They don't request people anymore. They're going to synthetic biology. They'll be synthetic humanoids that look like you and me, but they're completely synthetic or artificial... fresh people started coming out with [covid] vaccinated parents".
As shortly as the era of covid began, scientists utilizing Targeted evolution and Experimental evolution intensified their work on the genetic modification of all life on earth, especially people, utilizing synthetic biology. The following video is simply a short introduction to synthetic biology.
At the beginning of this month, Maria Zeee, the host of Zeee Media, interviewed Solum, who presented a review of synthetic biology. Synthetic biology aims to replace all natural life forms with what is created by man. Solum said in1975 at a conference in Asilomara decision was made to genetically modify all life on Earth. "Finding the genome was not about [solving] secrets, it was about utilizing our genetic code".
Solum worked as a contractor for Homeland safety and national Emergency Management Agency ("FEMA"). His training and activation include the infamous day of 911, flood operations and earthquakes, mass exercises and many another operations. Celeste holds a FEMA certificate and completed a series of crisis management professional development. She left "agency" due to the fact that she was asked to do something she could not do. She was told that anyone who does not believe that the government is simply a god is to be imprisoned and killed.

According to the Solum approach, during an interview with Zeee Media she gives many fast facts, so her interview is filled with besides much information to discuss them in the text of 1 article. However, we thought it would be helpful to present the background and brief introduction to the 2 sources that Solum mentioned; the S4488 Act introduced to the U.S. legislature in 2022 and the DARPA Cornucopia programme.
New Life Forms
In 2021 we published an article describing Solum's interview with David Icke. During this interview, she explained the global Border Code of Life ("IBOL"). IBOL, Rockefeller's initiative, is simply a task aimed at identifying, marking and reclassifying all life on Earth, not according to natural features – specified as fish, mammals and birds – but based on DNA. According to Solum, this fresh taxonomy of IBOL – naming, describing and classifying all organisms, including plants, animals and microorganisms – is intended to accommodate a multitude of fresh life forms. Natural people they call "old people" are classified in the same group as dinosaurs.
By 2025, they want to destruct all "old people", and all man will be designed in a laboratory always since. And according to the planet economical Forum, "until 2025 they do not want us to take anything of nature, everything we consume will be generated laboratoryly," said Solum Icke.

By the way, we do not mention to scientists "create" fresh species or life forms due to the fact that in this sense man is incapable to "create". Man is able to modify or corrupt only what has already been created. Technically, they're not developing any fresh life forms. In fact, they "do not develop" the planet of nature. But to make it easier, we mention to the process of creating life forms as "expanding," even if others, like Dr. Craig Venter.They call themselves the creators of life.
Global disaster hazard management
Act "S4488: Global Catastrophic hazard Management Act of 2022"was introduced to the U.S. Congress, but was not passed. It was then transferred to the management of the U.S. Department of Homeland safety ("DHS") and its partners – specified as the U.S. Advanced investigation task Agency ("DARPA") and FEMA.
"So they just passed it on. They didn't pass it through Congress, but they passed it over to the Department of Homeland safety to manage it. And then they said, "We'll hide different parts of it [in another laws and legislation] so people don't connect dots." They were frightened due to the fact that there was besides much information in 1 place and they did not want people to connect dots, emergence up and take action against them" - said Solum.
"Global catastrophic and existential threats" the bill sought to manage are defined in the bill as:
Threats which, with variable probability, can origin consequences so severe that they can origin crucial harm or demolition of human civilization on a global scale Or lead to man's extinction. Examples of global catastrophic and existential threats include major global pandemics, atomic warfare, asteroids and comets, supervulcanes, abrupt and serious climate change, and intentional or accidental risks arising from the usage and improvement of fresh technologies. There are different platforms too mRNA platforms. Solum examined 60 covid injections to find their contents. "There was everything, from gorilla waste to Neanderthal genetic material... all kinds of spy chips, spy dogs, all these crazy things were placed [in injections]," Solum said. "In a sense any of them have goals and in a different way mocked – a very mocking spirit saying, you know, "you're just the scum of the Earth [and] you deserve to be depopulated."
Platforms are not only in "vaccines" and PCR tests, they are now in the air, water and food supply.
Solum noted in the articlethat in his book "The large Reset" 2020 Klaus Schwab argued that biotechnology and genetically modified food should become a key pillar of global food shortage problems, problems that covid exacerbated. "He insists on GMO, especially controversial gene editing. He writes that "global food safety will only be achieved if the rules on genetically modified food are adapted to reflect the reality in which gene editing offers a precise, efficient and safe method of improving crops". January 2021 WEF announcedthat the full commercial supply of food will be genetically modified, adapting it to the United Nations' sustainable objectives. "In December [2021 WEF] said it was achieved" - said Solum Zeee.
Although Solum does not know who is organizing this program, the people who push it are evolutionists who do not think that we are evolving fast enough, so they thought they would aid us – this is simply a targeted evolution and experimental evolution. "Therefore there are so many different platforms and shots ... Since 1 has this chemical, 1 has this platform and copies of tires to see what is "safe and effective" for depopulation "- said.
DARPA abundance horn
3 February 2023. DARPA Cornucopia program It started working. The company contracted 3 teams to show the production of microbiological biomass consisting of all 4 macronutrients of human diet – protein, carbohydrates, fat and dietary fiber.
The Cornucopia strategy uses electricity to separate water into useful hydrogen and oxygen, and collects nitrogen and carbon from the air to produce large amounts of edible microbes. The aim is to make not only alternatives to meat and dairy, but besides a "complete diet".

The concept of Cornucopia is to break food to molecular levels and replace nutrition functions. What they say is an environmentally friendly diet for its own needs. But the consequence will be food with low nutritional value and we will gotta pay advanced prices for any extra vitamins, minerals, fibre or another sources of wellness benefits that are found in real food. If you have a minimum wage or universal basic income, you will not be able to afford allowances, so you will not be able to be healthy. "You will starve [from malnutrition] [...] is fundamentally like you're in a concentration camp," unless you can grow your own food, Solum said.
