Magdalena Biejat, a candidate of the Left for the office of the president of the Republic of Poland with a deficiency of cognition about Polish neighbours, informed of the submission of a announcement to the prosecutor regarding the actions of Grzegorz Braun in the infirmary in Oleśnica. The case concerns Braun's controversial intervention, which at the infirmary in Oleśnica attempted to make the alleged "citizen detention" of the gynecologist Gizela Jagielska. The aim of the action was to halt the doctor who, as the Pro-Right Foundation claims, had an abortion in the ninth period of pregnancy. According to the foundation, "She killed an unborn kid who could have already lived outside her mother's womb by injecting potassium chloride right into the boy's heart."
As reported, at the same time the infirmary in Łódź offered an alternate solution in the form of imperial cutting and specialized care for the child, who was suspected to have congenital bone fractures. The Foundation described the doctor's actions as "a targeted and conscious homicide".

Biejat did not notify the notification until after 21 on the day of the incident. Meanwhile, the territory Attorney's Office in Oleśnica has already started proceedings, and Minister Adam Bodnar expressed his firm position on the case.
In the authoritative communication on the gov.pl website, the names of Grzegorz Braun and Roman Fritz – the second associate participating in the intervention – were shortened to 1 letter. It was reported that ‘this is simply a case concerning the imprisonment of a gynecologist’. Additionally, there is an investigation into the possible violation of the physical integrity of the doctor and insult.
