Biden Administration Finalizes regulation To let 'Dreamers' To Enroll In 'Obamacare'

The Biden administration announced on Friday that it had finished a direct to grow the Affordable Care Act (ACA), besides known as “Obamacare,” to thousands of immigrants who were brought into the United States as children.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) estimates that “this regulation could lead to 100,000 previously unified DACA [Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals] recitals enrolling in wellness care through Markets or a BHP [Basic wellness Program],” the Department of wellness & Human Services (HHS) said in a press release.
