Before the second silence

Duda's election spot, from which this skin comes, amazed me adequate that it shows the imagination of Poland, which is besides close to me. I think there's something incorrect here, due to the fact that in this place we see typical Warsaw lemmings, mediate class from corporate office buildings.

This is the Warsaw I know and love, where I feel at home. place shows it (rightly) as a cool place to live. But since this is so cool, let's make the president of this town president of the country!

This is inconsistent, due to the fact that government propaganda tries to present Warsaw as a city of disaster. They turn on 1 failure over and over again, which in fact was simply a tribute to the times erstwhile Lech Kaczyński ruled here – then the cesspool continued to fly to Vistula.

Tradition is important, you can relate to these memories for days. Lech Kaczyński could not make virtually any investment, but for 1 museum for visitors. The North Bridge, a network of bicycle paths, a bypass, a second metro line, a sewage collector, Wiślane Boulevards – all this was done by its successors.

Warsaw behind Lech Kaczyński did not look as beautiful as today. I was already blogging if individual forgot those terrible times – I propose old note to refresh memory.

Trzaskowski is not the perfect candidate for me, but I will vote for him with conviction. due to the fact that I want Warsaw to proceed to look like that spot.

To this end, Poland must be in the Union. This beauty of Warsaw was mainly for EU money. Kaczyński and Marcinkiewicz could not usage them, the successors did.

What's more, all those high-rises that go up are right to be here mainly due to the fact that we're part of the world's biggest market. In the case of Polexit, the companies that rent offices in these skyscrapers will just leave us.

The heroes of this place will leave with them. The Law and Justice have been at war with the “educated”. “Emigrate” – that is what teachers, doctors, lawyers have heard.

And they emigrate, especially those young and educated. They don't run distant from poorness anymore, they want quality of life. They want to be treated like people in the workplace. They want to live in a country where public services work efficiently – school, wellness care, justice.

With his reforms, the Law and Justice did not repair public services, but even more harm. Under the pretext of the “anti-crisis shield”, he weakened workers' rights, with which the erstwhile 1 was already weak.

In my generation, LGBT people usually hid it, leading to misfortune, from teenage suicides to failed marriages for show. present they don't want to hide anymore – and good. This in practice means that all man like the characters of this place has statistically at least 1 beginning of an unheteronormative friend.

Buddy's problems become his problems. You know, erstwhile you're having a party, you gotta figure out whether or not you're gonna dance with your partner, individual won't make a homophobic scandal. And if they go to the diner, they won't beat them all.

Educated young people, even if they are heteronormative, like to go to a country where there are no specified problems. And tourists avoid countries celebrated for the persecution of minorities.

Further governments of the Law and Justice Office endanger that Poland will cease to match the country from this place and will start to match countries from the Russian sphere of influence. Where yes, there are skyscrapers too, but restaurants are only for oligarchs and very fewer expats, due to the fact that the native mediate class is few, people “p... for a bowl of riceIt’s okay. ”

Poland only has a choice between Russia and the Union. These all Inter-sea, Visegrads and 3rd ways are good ideas for investigating in Paradox games at the lowest level of difficulty. Our geopolitical position condemns us to level hard.

500 years ago Poland became a power thanks to diplomats specified as Włodkowice or Dantyszek, who could defend the Polish position against Hansa, Papacy or imperialism. The PiS is in this analogy like those who "wanted the Piast and the basta".

In the discussion under the erstwhile note, we mentioned alternate paths of past that would have opened if Jagiełły had not been there at all, or after his death there was a restitution of the Piast dynasty. And I remind you that the Masovian Piasts made claims on all kingless man.

They had quite a few supporters, especially in alleged Earth partisans. These people did not like to talk about Polish matters in abroad languages, the Jagiellonian experimentation with multiculturalism was considered a betrayal of the Polak-Catholic scheme, they did not like the education of the Cracow Academy and they were most keen to destruct it (it was close!), they reminded Dantyszek Germanism.

Because of his position, our country is doomed to repeat the same patterns over and over again. And always about love of religion and the nation most loudly shouts Targowice.

Taking care of anything in the European Union (as in each institution) requires certain competences. Rafał Trzaskowski has them. His opponents may uncertainty that he will usage them for a good purpose, but I don't think anyone is denying them.

Andrew Duda doesn't have them. His supporters may attribute another advantages to him, but I think they even agree that the Law and Justice can't decision in Brussels and Strasbourg. They have no Paul Włodkowice.

I'm not a politician, but I've participated in global projects a fewer times, so I realize the origin of these failures. In the West, losing a vote means losing a face, so if you lose a fewer times in a row, it's getting harder and harder to gather allies and yet you'll start losing even seemingly easy to win.

Before a task submits to a plenary vote, it first assembles behind the scenes a coalition of supporters. erstwhile this coalition has an apparent majority, voting is simply a formality.

In Poland, too. The “Liberum veto” at school presents itself as a right to break the Sejm, but in fact for centuries it simply meant that the task was not put to a vote until the leading parties agreed (e.g. on the election of the king).

Dealing with anything in the Union requires building a coalition according to 1 of the typical dividing axes: left/right, large countries/small countries, fresh union/old union, north/south, payers/beneficiaries, etc. The Law and Justice can't do it, his politicians go consecutive to the vote and lose 27(6):1. They are not even supported by Hungarians who can play this game.

In order to assemble specified coalitions, you gotta enter into "we will support you on fisheries if you support us in renewable energy". And you gotta have your people in the Presidies, in the committees, in the large political groups.

The writers accuse the Platform that it did not care about Polish interests, but about positions for its people. The thing is, in the Union, taking care of national interests, Is that right to place people in influential positions.

If the Law and Justice have always earned its Dantyszek, we will see its action just like this: that the writers will start taking the positions that Buzek or Tusk erstwhile had – the president of the Europarlamment, the president of the European Council, or something of that rank.

For the time being, they are only given the absolute minimum of membership in the Union. So much will be done in diplomacy by individual who punches the table and shouts that “it is right”. He'll get what he's owed and nothing else.

I am voting for Trzaskowski for the same reason, for which in the 14th and 15th centuries I would vote for the Jagillons or Andegawens (and against the Piasts). I want Poland that thrives and the rich. In which there is simply a place for Kallimach, Dantyszek and academic education. And in which the king does not effort to "power our consciences."

Of course there's a lot I'd like to improve. For example, I dream of strengthening workers' rights. But I besides know that the Moravian government wants to weaken them. Its removal from power is simply a essential step to improve things.

And until we have as strong labour rights as Germany or the Swedes, we will never make as much money as they do. Without it, even if Polish companies get rich, everything will go on bonuses for management and dividends.

Will Trzaskowski support specified legislation? Sooner than Duda. If the supporters of Duda accuse Trzaskowski of wanting to copy German solutions, then that is Mitbestimmung is simply a German solution.

I've built up arguments, but I'm actually good adequate for one. president Duda, in a debate with himself, which he conducted in comfortable conditions only with his supporters, said: "I absolutely do not support any compulsory vaccinations."

For me, all anti-vaccination is just deleted. "Because I don't think so."
