Robert Bąkiewicz, presently the president of the independency March Association, announced that he was considering notifying the Supervisory Authority of the Association's interior affairs. It just so happens that, by virtue of the law, the supervisory authority of the independency March Association is... president of Warsaw Rafał Trzaskowski!
On 27 November, during the gathering of the Management Board of the independency March Association, a majority resolution was adopted on convening the Extraordinary General gathering of Members on 18 December 2022. The resolution points to gross irregularities in the current functioning of the Association in connection with which the Extraordinary General gathering will be held.
Members of the Management Board voted for the resolution on 27 November; Marcin Bialasek, Bartosz Malewski, Mateusz Marzoch, Marcin Melon, Witold Tumanowicz and Jerzy Wasiukiewicz. The March of Independence, which was initiated by the All-Polish Youth and the National-Radical Camp, expressed its opposition from the very beginning to Polish nationalists and another sincere patriots to the mediocrity and injustice of the established demoliberal system. In fresh years, however, voices have been heard that the March is slow losing its national and anti-systemic character. Many people complained about Bąkiewicz's rapprochement with the governing party, an example of which was to be, even though the speech at the March in 2021, erstwhile Bąkiewicz addressed the Prime Minister Morawiecki, suggested that the patriots had come to the March of independency to support him. At the time, the participants shouted: PiS, PO — 1 Evil!
Also in 2021, Robert Bąkiewicz on phase on the membranes of the National Stadium was named by the promising “most crucial figure in the case of the independency March”. In 2022 there were banners promoting the March, on which the face of Bąkiewicz was “advertised” by the March of independency (or alternatively the logo of the March advertised Bąkiewicz). More and more people say that the current president is turning the social initiative into a “March of 1 person”.
Probably in consequence to the resolution of the Management Board setting up the Extraordinary General Meeting, Bąkiewicz issued a letter in which he announced that he was considering a announcement of his opinion of the “misleading documents” supervisory body of the Association. According to the provisions of the Act on Associations in force in Poland, the supervisory authority is competent due to the seat of the Association of the Starost. In this peculiar case, it is not anyone another than the president of the capital city of Warsaw Rafał Trzaskowski.

Bąkiewicz in his, it seems that the helpless “considers” the inclusion of Rafał Trzaskowski in the interior affairs of the Association organizing the independency March. Let us remind that this is about the same Rafał Trzaskowski, who in 2021 tried to ineptly block the March. It is the same Rafał Trzaskowski who participates in the “Parade of Equality”, for which the presidency was spent from the city budget PLN 3.6 million for training from "urban tactics" for anarchist militants, among others.
Do specified threats by the current president of the Association require further comment? First of all, they require a strong consequence from the full environment, which has been the largest national run in Europe for years!
