Austria is surviving a shocking case that dominated the headlines of the biggest media – a teacher under the age of 30 was expected to fall victim to a seven-man group of teenagers. The prosecution accuses young offenders of gang rape, multiple sexual abuse, blackmail, drug trafficking, and even arson of a woman's apartment.
A group of boys between the ages of 14 and 17 went to trial in the Vienna territory of Liesing. Austrian media, including Der Standard and Kronen Zeitung, have described the case as 1 of the most drastic in fresh years.
