Australia bans deviants from entering women's prisons

The Northern territory in Australia became the country's first state to ban men claiming to be women from entering women's prisons. This happened after 1 of the inmates suffered a sexual assault on the part of a man during the course of the punishment. Earlier, the deviant was convicted of rape, but after his conviction he began claiming to be a female and was transferred to a woman's wing in prison.

Australia, or at least any of it is starting to come back to normal. The state of "North Territory" with the capital in Darvin has just banned entry into prisons for women to men with alleged sex dysphoria. 13 October Head of Government of the Northern territory Lia Finocchiaro announced a fresh policy to prevent women from being imprisoned.

– There should be no men in women's prisons, period – said Finocchiaro in an interview for ‘The Australian’. – Now I can tell you that here in the Northern Territory, there are no men in women's prisons, and we cannot afford that, not under my supervision. If you're born a man, you go to men's prison. In the end, this is about women's safety. It's about their dignity. She added.

Finocchiaro condemned Australia's current policy for not protecting women, saying: " Women must be protected both in and out of prison. It's not quantum physics, and any have forgotten why they're there and made life much more complicated than it should be..

– It's about the fundamental right of people to safety.
