The gathering held at the U.S. Ambassador's Residence, Mark F. Brzeziński in Warsaw, was organized by the American company IBM.
ZUS focuses on artificial intelligence
The CEO of IBM, Marcin Gajdziński, discussed where prof. Uścińska pointed out that ZUS consistently modernises its services, the precedence is to destruct paper service for citizens. She recalled the Electronic Services Platform, which allows to handle matters related to online social security.
She stressed that the pandemic was a turning point that prompted the Social safety Office to complete the transition to electronic applications and automated processes. Since COVID-19, the institution no longer accepts tasks in paper form.

Professor Uścińska stressed the importance of artificial intelligence for wellness policy, this is simply a key task for this area.
“We see what people endure from”
Professor Uścińska talks about an electronic release platform that collects immense amounts of data on abstinence due to diseases. They want to make this platform, moving from "Platform A" to "Platform B", which will let them not only to track absenteeities, but besides to analyse medical costs and effectiveness. In order to accomplish this, it is essential to connect with another wellness institutions, to apply appropriate algorithms and to collect more detailed data.

However, it indicates that there are areas specified as education where any procedures are inactive based on paper documentation. He admits that the usage of artificial intelligence in medicine is presently 1 of the major challenges.
