The primary, in the self-organization of all human group (and the state's strategy as public rights institutions) has always been a normative bond with good morals as a model of appropriate behaviour over at least respective generations.

Society (generation) only religiously and morally healthy, i.e. usually settled, naturally, and rationally, at the same time connected with the logical perception of reality, besides due to the preserved degree of human, household and generation sensitivity, related to blood ties, has proverbial papers to be able, on an urgent and essential (necessary) manner, to spread and refine, revive and wing, not only the (global) human race itself, but above all the collective spirit within a given nation as an cultural whole.
