Yesterday I received an invitation from Mr Michał Wawrykiewicz of the Civic Coalition to the debate on the regulation of law in Hungary.
Here's my answer:
,Dear Mr. Wawrykiewicz: It is absolutely amazing that after almost a year of demolition of constitutional and legal order in Poland and the introduction of unprecedented legal chaos by your colleagues from the Civic Coalition under the leadership of Donald Tusk, you inactive pretend that you can teach anyone about the regulation of law.
It is the current Prime Minister of Poland, not Hungary, who has declared openly that he will make decisions against the law whenever he considers it appropriate. At this point, it became clear that the concept of the regulation of law is cynically utilized by the European Commission and EU-sponsored activists to influence national democratic processes to install anti-conservative governments in the associate States of the European Union"
