Morality results from what is visible – the chain looks bad. The Eto-age results in what is realtive – an urban part of the dog's life is highly poor. This reverse intuition should be an allarmost signal – if we truly want to care for the welfare of dogs, we request to rub dog eyes on their world, not human projections.
