American Airlines Charlotte Flagship Lounge

Fort Worth-based American Airlines currently operates three lounges at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), including Admirals Club® spaces in Concourses B and C/D and the new Provisions by Admirals Club℠ in Concourse A, the airline’s first grab-and-go lounge concept.

The addition of a Flagship® Lounge marks a major expansion in premium offerings for one of American’s largest hubs.

The Flagship® Lounge concept is designed around luxury and flexibility. Customers are welcomed with a champagne greeting and can enjoy menus curated by award-winning chefs, drawing inspiration from local flavors.

Earlier this year, American opened its newest Flagship® Lounge at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), now making CLT the next airport in line to join the network.

What Travelers Can Expect

The new lounge and Admirals Club® expansions will be designed with distinct “neighborhoods,” offering spaces tailored to different traveler needs:

  • Lounge: Relaxation areas with comfortable seating for downtime between flights.
  • Bar and Dining: Social spaces to enjoy a meal or drink while connecting with others.
  • Villas: Private areas offering shower suites, quiet workstations, and family-friendly rooms.

These features aim to balance comfort, privacy, and functionality, enhancing the overall travel experience for both leisure and business passengers.
