On September 17, the government safety Center sent an alert about the threat of an attack from the air to residents of Lublin and Podkarpackie voivodships. The military picked up fighters during a Russian raid on western Ukraine, and after about an hr cancelled the alarm. The Polish border was not affected, but the incidental showed real force on the safety of east regions.
The alarm took 2 provinces
The people of Lublin and Podkarpacia received a message on 17 September before noon ordering uncovering a safe place, following orders from the services and waiting for further information. The Government safety Center confirmed that both provinces were alerted. Alarm sirens were besides activated.
The reason was the Russian attack with the usage of jet unmanneds on the western part of Ukraine, close the border with Poland. Operations Command of Types of Armed Forces began operating military aviation in Polish airspace. It was a protective procedure, not a confirmation of the impact on the territory of the Republic.

Poland needs to defend itself, not tame the threat
Russia is liable for the situation that forced Polish services to choice up aircraft and inform the inhabitants of 2 voivodships. Regular raids on targets just beyond our borders cannot become a media routine. Any specified case should end with an assessment of consequence time, communication efficiency and anti-aircraft defence readiness.
For Poles, life, home safety and continuity of the state's action are at stake. We request radars, effective defence systems, supplies for services and a trained civilian population.
