DIRECTOR OF THE past MUSEUM OF JEWS IN THE POLISH DARY OF THE STOLE
A comparison to Hitler, threatening court, mocking and simple lies. So judaic technological institutions, funded from the pocket of the Polish taxpayer, fight against Polish historians.
Both the head of the POLIN Museum of the past of Polish Jews, Dariusz Stola, and the head of the judaic Historical Institute, Paweł Spiewak, should release their positions as shortly as possible. In fresh weeks, they have proved that not only technological standards are abroad to them, but - in the case of the erstwhile - and simple culture.
ADOLF HITLERE IN CHODAKIWICZ
Marek Jan CHODAKIEWICZ – prof. of past from the Institute of planet Politics in Washington. Doctored at Columbia University. Author of many historical books, honored with the Józef Mackiewicz Award. presently a associate of the United States Holocaust Memorial Council.
Adam Michnik appeared in the Museum of past of Polish Jews in early May 2016. During his speech he attacked Prof. Marek J. Chodakiewicz, who had the nerve to interpret the communicative differently than the chief of "Gazeta Wyborcza". The following calumnies fell:
Oh, my God.
- I'm sorry. I would like to remind you that, after all book by prof. Gross, there is simply a collection of texts that gather the full discussion. And this is very crucial due to the fact that the reader has the chance to get to know what different opinions have occurred in connection with the subsequent publications of prof. Gross. And both those who are powerfully critical of prof. Gross and prof. Chodakiewicz, and there is besides a collection of these statements, which are polemics or acceptance of what prof. Gross proposes erstwhile describing the past.
Adam Michnik:
"(... I, however, would protest against the comparison between Gross and Chodakiewicz, no. There are publications...I don't know...and Mickiewicz and Hitler, well, but 1 breath as if they were equivalent(...)".
Oh, my God.
- I'm sorry. Okay, I'm gonna take a breath and... show you what's going on in historiography. 1 cannot say that there is no historiography of what is published by Fronda or what is published by prof. Chodakiewicz, due to the fact that these are besides books that be and describe this subject. This besides exists in public space. I mean, you can't say it's not there.
Adam Michnik:
But no 1 says it's not there, but these are books from another shelf. They should be standing on 1 shelf with the Protocols of the Sages of Zion, not with Gross' book.
The Voice of the Saal
"Adam, don't exaggerate, come on."
Michnik, of course, has the right to his opinions, regardless of their degree of rudeness or idiotism. However, this comparison was made in an institution maintained by the Polish State in the presence of its director. He should protest and apologize to the accused for the rude conduct of his talker and simply not invitation him again. Of course, chief Stola hasn't done any of these things. In this situation, outstanding Polish historians and publicists reacted, who wrote an open letter to him, urging him to express regret for the situation:
TO THE manager OF THE POLISH judaic HISTORY, DARIUSZ STOL
An open letter from Polish historians on the shameful incidental that took place at the Museum of the past of Polish Jews.
"Dear Director,
On 11 May 2016, during the discussion held at the POLIN Museum of the past of Polish Jews, a shameful incidental occurred. 1 of her participants, Adam Michnik, utilizing hatred speech in an unworthy and paranoid way insulted the leading American historian of Polish origin Prof. Marek Jan Chodakiewicz, comparing him to Adolf Hitler. On the another hand, prof. Chodakiewicz said: They should stand on 1 shelf with the Protocols of the Sages of Zion.
We express our deep outrage that in the premises of your facility, specified words have come to the attention of the man who, by the decision of president George Bush of the United States, was called to the American Holocaust Memorial Council (US Holocaust Memorial Council), and since 2008 has been the head of the Department of Polish Studies. Tadeusz Kościuszko (The Kosciuszko Chair of Polish Studies) at the Washington University of TWP, 1 of the fewer Western institutions presenting Polish past based on the highest technological standards.
We remind that POLIN is maintained by the Polish payer and is intended to present judaic culture and past and to spread tolerance and openness, not wickedness, wickedness and hatred directed at prominent representatives of Polish technological life.
We call on the manager to formally apologise to prof. Chodakiewicz and inform the public about the actions taken to prevent specified shameful incidents from happening again in the future, which not only undermine the good name of the institution led by you, but confirm the allegations of its critics, who prove that it can become a origin of conflict, exclusion and speech of hatred.
At the same time, we point out that the omission of the above actions can show that the described scandalous and shameful behaviour of the talker is not just an incident, but a conscious policy led by the Lord Museum."
Under the letter they signed:

How did manager Stola respond to this letter?
Instead of the repentance that his environment recommends in specified situations - it is adequate to remind him of the constant calls to apologize on all occasion - he began to convince that the above text... is not a comparison to Hitler. In addition, he began calling and writing to historians signed under the letter, threatening to justice them for... violating a good name. It's classical huspionage, which means that a thief grabs his hand and yells: it's not my hand. The contents of 1 specified letter are as follows:
"Dear Professor,
With real amazement I found your name on the list of signatories to an open letter published on May 30, 2016 in the weekly "To the Thing". In this letter you requested me to apologize publically for the alleged comparison of prof. Chodakiewicz to Hitler during the debate at the POLIN Museum. It seems to me that this was the consequence of your confusion, but the publication of the letter has unfortunate consequences which I would like to draw your attention to. Since its beginning in 2014, the POLIN Museum has gained very affirmative reviews of almost the full Polish press and the most crucial titles of the global press, and more importantly it enjoys the trust of hundreds of thousands of people who visit them annually. It has besides won a number of prestigious awards, including the 2 most crucial European museum awards. Public questioning of our credibility is not only unjust and hurtful, but it already harms the museum and its noble mission. In a civilised debate, ad hominem arguments - assault on individuals are unacceptable, while criticism of publication, even harsh, is not only acceptable, but is simply a essential component of technological discussion.
Contrary to what you propose in the pages of "To the Thing" in the museum, there was no "badness", wickedness and hatred of prominent representatives of Polish technological life".
I powerfully conclude that in the debate at the museum ed. Michnik didn't compare anyone to Hitler. He spoke critically about prof. Chodakiewicz's books, but did not justice him or compare him with anyone. Anyone can check this out by listening to the evidence of the debate available on the museum website. The charge of comparing Hitler is simply false. It was accepted by the "To Things" editorial board by publishing my correction.
I don't think you signed that false witness knowingly. I say you've been misled, but I regret that you failed to check the facts before submitting your signature. In our technological work, we verify the sources by publishing theorems of little importance than public claims of unworthy conduct.
The letter you signed clearly put the institution I directed at a failure of reputation. Therefore, I ask you to respond clearly to the above facts. In particular, I would like to ask you to state whether you are inactive maintaining a false allegation published in "To Things". If harming information continues, the museum will be forced to take the essential legal steps to defend its good name.
With respect
Darius Stola, Director"
In view of the impudence of the manager of the Capital so far, however, Polish historians decided to keep their cool and only mildly call him to his senses:
"Dear Director,
With surprise, and then with expanding sadness and embarrassment I read your letter addressed to me as a signatory of a protest supporting the POLIN Museum, which you are directing, Prof. Marek J. Chodakiewicz.
Your letter is besides rude and angry in its effect. He is naughty due to the fact that he contains threats and evil, due to the fact that he hinders dialog within the same past of people educated and performing crucial public functions, thus having a peculiar mission not to stray. And your mistake is that, regardless of the intentions I cannot know, you are trying to lower the level of polemics about facts and their interpretations to the level that excludes polemics. So I'm not going to prove your apparent point. At the same time, you prove with your behaviour that the facility which you are directing is not open to people with my views or others, specified as prof. Chodakiewicz, alternatively than those who are in the intolerant heads of parts of Polish intellectuals. And it was adequate to compose a short word "sorry" addressed to a prof. raised in the United States, where - I say inactive - ethical norms are in force to let dialogue, due to the fact that 1 of the basics remains respect for the truth. In this case, to the apparent meaning of the message of editor Adam Michnik. However, since that word has not been spoken, and others have died, and from the editor and from the Lord, I realize that the exchange of letters is losing meaning. Your facility ceases to service as a public office, and begins - an environment, closed, or intended for your chosen ones. The others can't feel good about her.
I don't congratulate you on your choice of path, and I encourage you to get off it.
Prof. Dr. Jan Żaryn"
There's a request for change.
Of course, there will be no memory. due to the fact that the manager of Stola most likely shares the position of Prof. Paweł Spiewak expressed on Saturday in "GW", in which erstwhile asked about the alternate to the widely understood option of Jan Tomasz Gross, the historical position, he said, "I have not heard any right-wing publicists discuss these topics. They can mostly afford to pinch."
What does this mean, in view of the fact that countless books have been published, which are a complete reflection of Grossiad?
Only that the judaic people, despite their constant call for dialog and discussion, are simply incapable to take a position another than their own, even in view of the storm of facts that attest against him. They besides do not want to explain historical fact or to conduct activities that could lead to it. In the same interview Prof. Spiewak asked whether there would be an exhumation in Jedwabne states nothing little than:
"I don't think so. It's not necessary. He won't change the facts. We know besides much about what happened there." This is simply a real phenomenon, a scientist who knows besides much!
Let us remind one more time that all this is happening in judaic institutions which are generously paid by the Polish taxpayer. Polish historians who dare to have a different opinion than the leadership of these institutions are treated in them either offensively or as air.
It seems that it is advanced time that the Polish authorities exercise their ownership powers and search for specified managers of these institutions, who will destruct the now present in them the view by the prism of the bigotry of a single environment and the usual humbugism.
