A new, better world

The modern world, or alternatively the part of it that self-recognized itself as the avant-garde of civilization, is increasingly akin to the reality presented in classical anti-utopias specified as Aldous Huxley's “New large World” or Georg Orwell's “Year 1984”.

Unfortunately, before our eyes, a imagination of a dehumanized and soulless strategy that suppresses freedom, subjectivity and human dignity is being realized. Western societies increasingly diverge from their identity and roots, driven by mindless consumerism and preaching the worship of advancement and blind religion in technology development. With the improvement of artificial intelligence, elevated to the rank of a kind of idol, it can only be worse...

To have a mention point, you gotta go back at least a 4th century earlier. During this time, there has been tremendous technological progress, which although in many areas facilitates life, carries many risks. 1 of the major problems is the ever-increasing efforts to reduce and yet destruct cash flows. For example, in Poland, a law has entered into force that reduces the transaction limit between entrepreneurs to PLN 8,000, and in the EU as a whole, from 2027, regulations that introduce a limit of EUR 10,000 for cash payments are to enter into force, together with the request to verify identity for transactions above EUR 3,000.

Efforts to reduce cash money are frequently explained by the threat of global terrorism and money laundering, although in reality it is simply about expanding control over citizens. In the case of non-cash trade, the applicable services and institutions (not only the taxation authorities) will have almost unlimited cognition of citizens and their preferences. In time, certain consumer spending may be limited from the top (e.g. alcohol or meat products).

In the European landscape, including Polish cities, parcels, payments, parking lots and ticket machines play an increasingly crucial role. These devices in themselves are nothing bad, but only erstwhile they are 1 option. In any cities specified as Warsaw, since February 2024 parks have been introduced, which only service non-cash payments (card, application) and do not accept cash. besides in Krakow's public transport, tickets allowed to acquisition tickets only by a payment card. This is simply a clear regulation of citizens' freedom to make payments.

A separate problem is the dynamically developing shipping sales since the pandemic, which contributed to the collapse of certain sectors, specified as fixed bookstores or clothing stores. However, the problem is much wider. The real killer of tiny trade is large-area and network stores. They usage mostly unfair competition in the form of the periodic sale of certain goods below costs or misleading advertising. Interestingly, in large-area stores customers are increasingly encouraged to usage self-service cash registers, reducing the number of conventional cash registers. This is so curiosity that the client not only leaves his money in the store, it besides performs activities belonging to the employees of the store. As you can see, hypermarkets and supermarkets do not care about client welfare, but only about savings resulting from the simplification in the number of cashiers. Pathological phenomena, however, do not apply solely to private entities. Increasingly, citizens do not have the anticipation of direct contact with officials and public institutions. The only form of contact is frequently a telephone call to the hotline, operated by employees of outside companies. This is troublesome adequate that the complexity and complexity of cases frequently requires direct scrutiny of documents.

Another common trend is ubiquitous monitoring. Although cameras follow the city's inhabitants almost all step of the way, this has not importantly contributed to improving statistic on the detection of crime and offences, but possibly traffic offences. And as far as drivers are concerned, it is increasingly common practice to hinder their lives. All in the name of a sick ideology of ecology.

However, net surveillance, with a peculiar focus on very popular social media, is far more acute than the public surveillance indicated above. Despite the constitutional warrant of freedom of speech and the ban on preventive censorship, these provisions are unfortunately not respected. In our country, for example, the blocking of any websites and websites in 2022 was an example of specified activities, which besides affected the Polish thought website.

At the same time, a number of criminal proceedings have been initiated against people questioning the authoritative communicative in net media concerning the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, and in any cases the proceedings have ended with convictions. However, the problem concerns not only Poland. In most EU countries, 1 can be convicted, for example, of criticism of migration policies, or of policies to favour cultural and sexual minorities ( LGBT promotion and sex ideology). In specified cases 1 can be accused of racism or discrimination.

These seemingly separated examples are not random and they combine into a coherent whole. And it doesn't substance if they're dealing with trivial things at first glance or whether they're socially relevant. Western societies are increasingly voluntarily giving up their inalienable rights and freedoms. The average European Union citizen is primarily a consumer, not a citizen. In the name of his own convenience, he stops controlling the elite and contesting reality. Soon, however, the superstate and global institutions and corporations will control our all step, utilizing increasingly fresh technologies. possibly shortly we will not be able to decide our own lives. The top-down guidelines will find what we can eat, what we can spend our money on, how we can rise our children, or what means of transport we can move. And possibly we will be deprived of property in general and incapable to decide ourselves. In a word, we will become slaves.

The question can be raised – who is striving to implement this black scenario? The answer is simple – these are political and financial elites that the current strategy designed and benefit from. Their ideology is globalism, seeking to bridge social ties and root out natural human communities. So let us not be amazed erstwhile 1 day we wake up in a planet without freedom and property. This is what Klaus Schwab or Juwal Harari's designs are all about.
